This document is a conditional refund offer, not a guarantee of trading performance, and does not create any expectation, promise, or representation of profit.

The Offer

If you meet every requirement in Section 3 and your Futures Paycheck System deployment does not generate at least $1,000 in net realized profit during the 90-day Qualifying Period, ABTrades, LLC will:

Refund your payments to ABTrades, LLC in full; and

Wire you an additional $1,000 USD.

Eligibility Requirements

All of the following are mandatory. Failure to satisfy any one of them voids this offer in full.

Broker. You maintain an active TastyTrade account with margin and futures trading approval for the entire Qualifying Period.

Capital. Your account holds a minimum of $50,000 in equity at the start of the Qualifying Period and does not fall below $50,000 at any point during it as a result of withdrawal or transfer.

Allocation. You deploy the Futures Paycheck System with an allocation of no less than the greater of 30% of account equity or $15,000, maintained for the entire Qualifying Period.

Timing. You connect your broker to the Self Operating Brokerage platform and enable the Futures Paycheck System within three (3) calendar days of your first payment.

Non-Interference. For the full 90 days, you do not disable, pause, or delete the system; modify any setting, parameter, or allocation; manually open, close, adjust, or hedge any position in the account; disconnect the broker link; or otherwise interfere with the system's operation.

Definitions

Qualifying Period — the 90 consecutive calendar days beginning on the date the Futures Paycheck System is first enabled on your account.

Net Realized Profit — the sum of realized gains and losses on positions opened and closed by the Futures Paycheck System during the Qualifying Period, net of commissions, exchange fees, and broker fees. Open or unrealized positions, interest, dividends, and activity from any other system or manual trade are excluded.

Disqualifying Events

This offer is void, with no obligation on ABTrades, LLC, if any of the following occur: Any breach of the Eligibility Requirements.

Trading in the account is restricted, suspended, or liquidated by the broker, including for margin deficiency, or the account is subject to a forced liquidation.

You run any other automated system, strategy, or manual trade in the same account during the Qualifying Period.

Your account is closed, transferred, or restricted by you or by the broker.

You are in breach of the Terms of Use, or your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is suspended for non-payment at any time during the Qualifying Period.

You provide false, incomplete, or altered information in support of a claim.

How to Claim

Submit a written claim to [email protected] no later than five (5) calendar days after the last day of your Qualifying Period. Claims submitted after that date are denied without review.

Your claim must include:

The name and email address on your ABTrades account

Your Qualifying Period start and end dates

Complete, unaltered TastyTrade account statements covering the entire Qualifying Period

You authorize ABTrades, LLC to verify your claim against platform logs and, if requested, to require read-only broker access for verification. Refusal to provide requested verification voids the claim.

Payment

ABTrades, LLC will review and respond to a complete claim within fifteen (15) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and the $1,000 payment is wired to a US bank account in your name within thirty (30) business days of approval. You must supply valid wire instructions and, where required, a completed IRS Form W-9. The $1,000 payment may be reportable income to you; any tax liability is yours.

Limits

One claim per customer, household, and account. This offer is personal to you, non-transferable, and has no cash value except as stated above. It cannot be combined with any other guarantee, refund, or promotional offer. Payment under Section 7 is your sole and exclusive remedy under this offer, and ABTrades, LLC's total liability under it is capped at the amount of your payments plus $1,000.

Acceptance of payment under this offer terminates your access to the Self Operating Brokerage platform and all associated systems, materials, and licenses, and revokes all licenses granted to you.

Determination and Modification

ABTrades, LLC's determination of whether the requirements have been met is final. ABTrades, LLC may modify or withdraw this offer at any time; the version in effect on the date of your first payment governs your claim.

Governing Law

This offer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under it shall be resolved exclusively in binding arbitration.
