Refund Policy

30-Day Refund on Your First Payment

You may request a full refund of your first payment to ABTrades, LLC for any reason within thirty (30) calendar days of the date that payment was charged. No explanation is required.

The 30-day period begins on the date of the charge, not the date of purchase, account creation, or first login.

Recurring Payments Are Non-Refundable

This policy applies to the first payment only. All subsequent charges, including the second, third, and every later recurring charge under any subscription, data fee, or payment plan, are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part.

Recurring charges are not eligible for refund regardless of usage, non-usage, account inactivity, or performance results.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request in writing to [email protected] before the 30-day window expires. Your request must include:

The name and email address on the account

The date and amount of the charge

Requests received after the 30-day window will be denied.

Requests made by phone, live chat, or social media are not valid; written requests only.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.

Bank and card processor timelines are outside our control.

Cancellation of Access

Upon issuing a refund, ABTrades, LLC will immediately terminate your access to the Self Operating Brokerage platform, all bots, all systems and materials, and all associated accounts and licenses. Any license granted to you is revoked as of the refund date. You must cease all use of and destroy any copies of proprietary materials in your possession.

Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not refund any charge already made. Cancel at least three (3) business days before your next billing date to avoid that charge.

You can also manually cancel your subscription or any future payment in your user portal.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund under this policy is a breach of your customer agreement. ABTrades, LLC reserves the right to contest any such dispute, terminate access immediately, and recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees and costs of collection.

No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves risk, including the risk of loss. ABTrades, LLC makes no guarantee of profit or performance. Trading losses, market conditions, and unmet performance expectations are not grounds for a refund outside the 30-day first-payment window described in Section 1.

Policy Terms

This policy is the complete and exclusive statement of ABTrades, LLC's refund obligations and supersedes any prior verbal or written statement. No employee, contractor, or affiliate has authority to modify it except in a writing signed by an officer of ABTrades, LLC.

ABTrades, LLC may amend this policy at any time. The policy in effect on the date of your charge governs that charge.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under it shall be resolved exclusively in arbitration.
